This is a limited stay permit issued through the local immigration office.

2- KITAP(Kartu Izin Tinggal Tetap)

This is the permanent stay visa which is awarded to those who have had ITAS for at least 3 years in a row.

The procedure for a Work Visa ITAS is carried out usually by the employer, so the workers don’t have much to worry about. This takes place in the following way.

Obtaining the approval of the government and submission of RPTKA or Expatriate Placement Plan to the ministry of manpower

After RPTKA has been approved, an IMTA form is submitted to the ministry of manpower that contains information such as gender, DOB, and POB, passport details, nationality, etc.

The company is then authorized to hire a foreign worker and is issued for a maximum of one year.

The documents that are usually required to get Indonesian KITAS and work permits are as follows
